A home in need of a bit of TLC, a property you need to see inside to ‘fully appreciate’ and a house with no upward chain.
These are the Birmingham properties which have been on sale the longest, according to Rightmove listings.
The owners are struggling to shift their homes after more than two years on the market so we trawled through the listings to bring you the houses which have still not found a buyer after being advertised online in 2018.
While one boasts its the ‘perfect family home’, another says it’s ‘modern and well-presented’. A third home owner admits theirs needs improvement, but the property has potential to be extended.
A fourth property has ‘excellent’ access to Erdington, but you’d need to see the interior of the property to fully appreciate it.
Described as being on one of the ‘premium roads in Erdington’, this extended family home boasts a large rear patio, sun lounge and garden.
It has been on the Rightmove since June 2018 and owners admit the property is in need of some improvements.
But they add that it does have room to be extended further.
The listing reads: “An extended three bedroom detached family home in one of the premium roads in Erdington with a large rear patio and garden.
“The property requires further improvement and is ideal for extending subject to planning permission & building regulations.
“It is within 1/4 mile of Rookery Park and half a mile of Erdington Centre / High street.”
